Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Article 1 (Service)

Dead Link Checker (the "Service") is a broken-link detection tool for websites, operated by Slogical Corporation (the "Company").

Article 2 (Registration)

To use a paid plan, you must register with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Each person may hold only one account.

Article 3 (Free Trial)

Upon registration, you receive a 3-day free trial with full access to paid features. After the trial period ends, a paid plan subscription is required to continue using paid features.

Article 4 (Fees & Payment)

The Standard plan is priced at ¥4,400 per month (including tax). Payment can be made via PayPal recurring billing or by bank transfer as instructed by the Company. Your account will be activated upon confirmation of payment.

Article 5 (Saved Configurations and Credential Storage)

When you use the "Saved Configurations" feature of a paid plan, authentication information such as Basic Auth credentials, cookies, and custom HTTP headers may be stored in the Company's server database. You assume full responsibility for any credentials you choose to include in a saved configuration. Note that credentials associated with a running check job are deleted from the Company's job-history database and server memory once the job completes or is stopped.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is." The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of link-check results or the continuity of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Article 8 (Changes, Suspension & Usage Limits)

The Company may change or suspend the Service at any time without prior notice. If a user's server data transfer volume is excessively high, the Company may restrict or suspend that user's access to the Service in order to ensure fair usage for all users.

Article 9 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
